J1 Visa Holder in USA can apply for Work Permit in Canada

Hi everyone, can anyone help me..
I’m going to USA soon with J1 visa for 1year.. I want to apply a working permit in canada, am I eligible to apply for a working permit in canada?

Simply Having a visa in the US will not qualify you for anything in Canada you will need to find an employer willing to sponsor you for an LMIA which can be a major challenge given the employer pays and has to advertise the job to ensure no Canadian resident is available.

My partner already have an employer for me in Canada. I just want to know if ever I was approved for working permit, can I leave USA after my J1 Visa has expire?
