Hello everyone. i've got refusal letter, unfortunately. But I do not want to order caips.
I gathered all necessary documents, but I have some doubts about one. My certificate from the police dated on May, 14. But today is july, 18. Should I ask for this document again? Is it expired?
Can you please help me

Hi,

Police certificates remain valid for 6 consecutive months.

P.S. What was the reason stated for the refusal? Can you share with us?

Thanks for the answer, guys.

About documents:
- Filled visa form and pictures
- Letter of Acceptance (SEC, Study English in Canada)
- Bank statement ($14 000)
- Certificate from police
- Birth certificate
- Diploma
- Certificate from work
- Motivation letter
- Reference from employer
- Property certification
- Certificate from mother's work
- Warranty letter about financial responsibility (from mother)
- Certificate from brother's work
- Warranty letter about financial responsibility (from brother)

Refusal letter for the reasons:
- You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada

I think I made some mistakes. The documents were too dry. Not disclosed.
I have to do more detailed description of the reason for study in Canada.
Maybe someone give me any examples of cover letters?

Did u showed the source from where u get this money???

I take it you are going for graduate studies - Masters or PhD? Graduate studies is expensive, so most students look for professors doing research in a field they are interested in. If the professor is accepting graduate students to help in his/her research, they apply. This way, their tuition is paid in full with funds from the professor's research grant.

Sometimes, they also get a Teaching Assistantship/Research Assistantship job or a monthly stipend for upkeep. See if you can apply for this and in addition to the $32,000CAD, that will probably give you better chances for a visa. Or if you have much more than $32,000, you can try again.

It is kind of strange, most of students admitted to university of Alberta " In this forum" have received their visas even with less bank statement, like Momi asked the source of income may be an issue, specially if it remains less than the required time.

For Pakistan , it is required to present a six month bank statement, so the problem I guess you let the money in the bank for just 4 months , In this case you supposed to show the source of income for this money

Dear friends,i haave dat much money in my account from january and now its been 7 months i am reapplying again with bank statement of 7 months .Is this hepful? I personaly dont understand that i have put almost all the documents to CHC then why they refuse me ?

when did you apply and when did they reply to you ? have you received a formal letter from the university for you scholarship ?

How much is tuition for 1 year as a graduate student? Where will money for the second academic year come from?

I was an International student during my undergrad and tuition was close to $13,000/year and $20,000/year for tuition and accomadation in residence. So $32,000 is not enough for a graduate student.

You van try again but without significant increase in your bank account, the result will likely be the same.
