Hey guys,

I've been working in Canada for 3 years now, I worked in two or three jobs. I was an assistant manager in a restaurant for almost two years and now I'm doing customer service in a call centre in an international company.

When I applied for express entry I was surprised that I got 0 points under <CRS - Human Capital - Canadian Work Experience>

Also, when I was filling up the form I said that I have a job offer but when I received the confirmation for CIC I was told that I did mention that I dont have a job offer (which is the opposite), then they invited me to apply for the job bank!!

Can anybody explain to me what happened?

Should get credit for one year (at least), if you selected the correct NOC.

Depending on the kind of call centre, this could be classified as unskilled...

Well, there does appear to be an error somewhere.

You must have maintained proper authorization to work - did you answer "yes" to that question?
You must not have been on a student permit during this time - did you answer "no" to that question?

Oh yes I think I made a mistake, I just changed it.

haha somehow I answered no for working legally in Canada during that period.

Thank you so much

is it gonna affect my application if I change it now? isn;t it too late?

If you are not currently working on an application, it will not affect anything. Correct your profile and you will be fine.
