Well, BINGO. If you did not have a valid work permit, your work epxerience is not authorized and you will not get any points. I believe you have misunderstood the question. I believe it says:

Working legally in Canada during this time? DURING THIS TIME refers to the period of time for which you claimed work experience in Canada.
A person must have:
been working on a valid work permit or exempt from needing one,
had legal status the whole time they were in Canada, and
not stayed longer than the approved time period. "

If all of your work experience in Canada was performed while you were authorized to work, you can answer YES to this question. That will change everything.

If you have a visitor's permit right now, and are not working, you still have legal status in Canada.

went over my entire app and everything is filled out correctly

for each job that i had for previous noted employers i always filled out

Do any of the following conditions apply:

Working legally in Canada during this time?
A person must have:
been working on a valid work permit or exempt from needing one,
had legal status the whole time they were in Canada, and
not stayed longer than the approved time period.

YES

Studying full-time while doing this job?A person must be in class at least 15 hours per week during the academic year to be considered full-time. This includes any period of training in the workplace that is part of the study program.

YES

Which of these categories does ..... job fall under?

WORK PERMIT AND LMIA REQUIRED

Save and add

so im really not sure on why im not getting credited for all this time

By saying yes here, you declared that you were a full-time student, and work experience as student does not count.

You have previously stated that you were NOT enrolled in any college or university, so this answer should be NO.
