Hi this is naresh iam from india, currently i am working in canada on workpermit visa, now i am going to apply my pr application , but here i have a question 2 yrs back i was working on cruise ship,so i travelled in differnt countries , i travelled on usa waters also,should i need to submit usa pcc (fbi pcc) also ,plz guide me

Yes as long as it has been over 6 months either in a stretch or cumulatively.

The PCC rule has recently changed. If anytime you've stayed longer than 6 months in a country you have to get a PCC. If you passed through US immigration and entered US mainland and this stay was continuous for 6 months or more, then you get a PCC, else no.

Note that it is has to be a continuous 6 months stay, cumulative rule has been removed.
