Its been 4 month since paper application send an No UCI email,Still waiting !! Any suggestions/help?

I have sent documents to Sidney intake office (outland) and they received June 22, 2017. I'm from Chile, and I'm applying through Quebec and I havent received AOR yet. I have also tried to link my account in Gkey, but nothing.Could you please give the contact number you used to call and know about your process?

Good news...!!! I have received my UCI and Application Number on 3rd Oct 2017. Application file submitted to CIC on 19th June 2017.

There is also a instruction regarding how to link my application.

I wish others will receive AOR soon.....

Sent my app on feb2017 via DHL and was signed on reception by Mike since that didnt hear from them????
IS it normal?
Then I have a new baby born should I ask for QCS or just add her once get an aor.

hello guys, i have sent the documents after receiving the CSQ and it was delivered on 30th June 2017 and till now no one has contacted me.

i have sent them an Email they answered me after few days saying that the file is not yet updated on the System.
