Its been 4 month since paper application send an No UCI email,Still waiting !! Any suggestions/help?

I just received my documents back saying that I didn't sign on a document and I have a missing document I am going to fix it and send again.

guys i have recieved the uci and file number today but they have requested me to replace one document which is the im0054 so i replaced it and send it back to them as a soft copy and i linked my profile too
