I am going to apply for canada student visa , my dad has itr of 4.60 lakh , ca report 97 lakh , will my weak financials cause any issue?

How old are you? Don’t know how much that is but you need to justify costs of education and show cash to pay tuition and living expenses. If not your own funds, your father needs to show that he and any dependant family members have enough to live on, and not using all savings for your education.
