Once you see the COPR number in tracker, IRCC will send you first email asking for certain details. Based on this they will create your user name in PR confirmation portal and then send second email it’s the username and temporary password. We have to login and fill details after which we will get ECOPR.

Oh haha, maybe. It depends on your VO. Mine is Etobicoke and unfortunately due to the holidays they are delayed.

Mine is also changed to etobicoke I think. The mail says etobicoke IRCC.
