after declining the ITA, should I withdraw and re-create the profile to re-enter the pool?
With the current trend, without spouse ECA, I am at 409 may be picked up in next draw.. fingers crossed...

Why would you face any issue? Being an Electronics Engineer does not mean that you have to work in the same field only. You are free to do whatever you want.
