Literally woke up and saw the email, I have score of 416. And congrats to everyone who received ITA. Now with only 60 days remaining, it seems like a short period to gather all docs :-[.

You have 90 days to submit the documents.

Congrats to all!!

I have a query, can someone suggest me.
I am about to receive ECA for my spouse in 2 weeks.
For EE profile, I have updated with ECA to boost the score from 409 to 418. Should I update the ECA details by continue ITA process PR profile once ECA received? Will it be a reason for rejection as my spouse ECA report is not available on the date of ITA

Or Should I decline ITA and create new profile without spouse ETA and wait for another draw? Any suggestions..

Spouse ECA is optional. If you got ITA without it, no need to update it.

Thanks Maverick28!!
But my CRS without spouse ECA is 409 which is less than the cutoff. Since I am about to receive it in a week or 2, I have updated my profile as if I would have ECA for spouse. Please suggest if I can wait for spouse ECA to further update it and continue submitting the PR profile or should I decline and wait for another draw?

So you got the ITA with your spouse ECA mentioned in the profile even though you do not have it yet?

So here is the thing. You have claimed points for your wife's ECA when you actually don't have it yet and have received ITA. The date on the ECA will be after you got your ITA, and this will result in rejection due to misrepresentation. This could also result in a 5 year ban.

Decline the ITA, wait for your wife's ECA and then enter the pool.

You are always welcome. This is exactly this forum is for. Regarding your query, as soon as your husband's eca comes, update your score after selecting to have accompanied spouse. Then see if you still qualify. If you do, don't waste time in providing details of ITA forms & book medicals & pcc (you can do it now too). If you get everything ready before due date, execute it ELSE decline ITA once your husbands eca is received and you should get 1 more ITA incoming draws. Don't even go on PNP or sponsoring your husbands route. All the best.
Thanks again..my score with husband's eca would be 428..u think crs will be within 420's by May's first or second draw?? Can I change my husband to accompanying from non accompanying after receiving ita if it doesn't effect my score? Can changing husband's status be considered a misrepresentation or not???

First, congratulations to all of you who got the ITA. I received mine too :D

I have a question:
I applied through a consultancy and paid them their first installment initially before they started assisting me. Now, they are asking for second and final installment payment before they assist me further.
Being part of this forum, I have learnt one thing, that you can do it all yourself. So, I have decided not to pay them anymore and do everything by myself.

Now, first things first, I haven't told them this yet, so I would like to change the password and update the security questions. Also, I want to remove the representative email address.
Can I do this now (after ITA)?
Will it cause any issues or become a reason for rejection?

I just don't want the consultancy guys to have access to my account.

I look forward to your expert advice.
Update:
I have changed the password and security questions.

The option to remove Representative from the Submitted Application is grayed out. Any inputs on how this can be removed?
If I cannot remove it, then I would like to know if the Representative can alter anything on my account?

Received an ITA in this draw 1 week after filing an EOI. Now this is where the real work begins I suppose.

Good luck everyone.

Thanks Maverick 28 for letting me know
after declining the ITA, should I withdraw and re-create the profile to re-enter the pool?
With the current trend, without spouse ECA, I am at 409 may be picked up in next draw.. fingers crossed...
