Hello,
My wife is Primary Applicant and She is working in a co. XYZ before MBA for a yr.
After she again started working in a co. ABC from 4/2014 with Designation as Mgmt Trainee on 5/2015 she promoted to Ast. Manager till now she is with same co.
Now, We did two entry on Work Details of ITA Section:
1 years - XYZ
4/2014 - 5/2015 - ABC - Mgmt Trainee
5/2015 - Present - ABC - Ast. Manager

And While Document upload section, they provided 3 (Not Provided Employment Records (required)) options. Now, Do need to uplaod two different letters from Same co. with different Designation and salary or I will upload 1 Document which is issued with tw different designation and salary on different pages.

Kindly, Suggest

I was in a similar situation and what I did was follows:
For the first job with the company, I uploaded the offer letter and the letter stating all positions.
For the second job at the same company, I uploaded the appraisal letter and the letter stating all positions.
For the third job at the same company, I uploaded the appraisal letter and the letter stating all positions.

I think my option feels more natural because when you stay at a company and get appraisal to a new position, you generally don't get a new letter. You always get an appraisal letter. So I did what i felt was natural.

It is the same company with 3 different positions, as long as your employment continues before and after the MBA - get 1 reference letter from the company mentioning the different positions held by you. Attach the same letter for all the positions. You may attach additional letters like appraisal, payslip if those data are not covered in the reference letter.

I have received ITA. I had added my spouse in the application. I have shown her work experience during the application. Now she is unable to get the experience letter for her latest job as she is on paternity and her contract will be renewed only after her joining which is not possible within the 90 days given to submit ITA documents. Can I remove her experience as it does have any points? Please guide. 60 days are already elapsed and that the only documents that I do not have

You can move her experience from Work history to Personal History. And mention about this change in the LOE.
