it has been 9 months, but I haven't got my AOR

Hi everyone
I applied for Citizenship via online system
Applied on July 24th 2024 but no AOR yet
I called the IRCC and spoke to the agent, I gave them my UCI number and payment receipt number.
They cannot find my application in the system but they did find the payment receipt in the system.
In my Portal it just states submitted but no AOR and IRCC agent cannot find the application in the system. The IRCC agent has reached out to the processing office for some update
Not sure what to do now
Anyone in the same boat as me?
Or anyone with some advise ?

I am in the same boat. I called IRCC yesterday and was told the same. They asked for the receipt number and said they will reach out the office.

I called them yesterday and provided the receipt number. They said they will reach out to the processing office.
Hope they come up soon with a positive response.

After 48hrs I spoke with them. I received the AOR with application number. Do they run the receipt number, if it was used?. You should r receive an email from them before the week runs out.

So I applied my non express entry file on July 23, 2024 and I am waiting for my AOR, My Expected AOR date was December 20, 2024, from our group of 15 people from same day application 13 of them got AOR on December 20, 2024, we are only two who did not get AOR yet. On July 25, 2024 I tried and I was able to login to GCkey account and link our application via TFN and also I was able log in to tracker as well with the TFN(Temporary File Number) without having AOR.

Please advise what it can be and When can we expect the AOR ?
Just incase after how many days we should wait for AOR and if we don't get any response What can be done in that situation ? Please help us as we are getting tense now, as we also know that this is holiday season but just curious to know, as we are aware that people can link the application after getting the AOR. However we can without getting it.

I will suggest before re applying, call their line until you speak with an agent. You'll be asked for your receipt number. They will verify it and figure why you have not receive AOR. It did happened to my wife for 5 months, she never received the AoR. After several hours on the phone, She was told, they will get back to her. Three days after, she received an email with the AoR, and they begin to rush the process until prohibition stage.

Just want to ask was it for PNP non EE profile or for Citizenship ?
