I applied for student visa on 15th January in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and it’s been 7 weeks since then and still no reply... can anyone please help?

I applied on 12th January 2020 from Kenya but no response and the only feedback I have is that I have passed my medical test on 29th January and after that nothing else.We just have to wait and have patience.

I applied on 27 Nov 2019! and get 1 ask CAQ, 4 ghost update, 2(YES, TWO as the same)! Correspondence letter and nothing about the final decision!!!
