Hi there,

I was wondering if anybody had run into this experience. I was requested to send in my passport and pictures to issue my COPR while my application status still showed as "Processing". Once my COPR was issued, my status eventually moved to "Approved" in the system. I then received an email about a status update a few days later and upon checking my status, it had been moved back to "Processing". I tried emailing CIC regarding this and have not heard back from them yet. Has anybody run into this issue before and should I be concerned that my COPR is no longer valid or that there has been some problem with my approval?

As a secondary question, they printed my COPR with my old passport number which I updated already during the e-APR process. I did not need a counterfoil as I am a US passport holder. I contacted my visa office and they told me just to go with the old passport and my current passport when I land in Canada and that it wasn't necessary to issue a corrected COPR document. Does this sound like the right procedure?

Thank you very much for any help or experiences you can share.

Hi
Same thing happened to me. I had my status APPROVED, did my landing interview and got my COPR.. just waiting for my PR card.... that was on march 2nd. On May 1st, my status changed back to In progress while Im still waiting for my PR card...

Should I be worried about this?

Thanks in advance :)
