ISlamabad time period for 2013 candidates

can anybody tell that process is faster now or its still taking years to get visa for Islamabad candidates. my case was being filed on April 04, 2013. what would be the next step?

till now process is same as last year,,but people are saying that that hopefully timeline would decrese,,lets see

I've actually heard about 3-4 cases of people sponsoring their spouse from Pakistan in less then 8 months! and these are people my parents/friends know, and were sponsored last year (2012)

as long as all the paperwork is good then there won't be a big delay inshAllah

Lucky people! I filed in 2011...no word yet after my file got transferred...17 months and still going.
