Is work paper-work needed for Super Visa?

Hi everyone,

I and my wife are self-employed and she has a job. Our both net income is above LICO limits. We are looking to submit assessment from CRA. Is that enough or do we have to get our accountant sign a paper or her work place right a letter or provide bank statements?
