Is travel to India still possible WITH Canadian passport AND an OCI?

Has anyone with a Canadian passport AND an OCI tried travelling to India since this whole mess began a week ago? Are people having both of these documents denied entry?

The only thing that has stopped is the visa services for Canadians (and in Canada). Canadians with a valid visa can still travel to India.

Okay, because the wording in those notices read as if anyone with a Canadian passport is not going to be able to enter India. Which would be absurd.
