I don't have a graduate certificate by hand. I only have transcript, and it lists which year I graduated, the honour classification, showed the status as completed.
Is it suffice to submit only the transcript, not the graduate certificate?

it is mainly ECA to claim points for education credential but you'd also have to upload transcripts and your diploma/degree along with it in the application.
I don't need ECA. I have a Canadian master degree, and a foreign bachelor degree. The Canadian degree waives the need for ECA I think. (but correct me if I am wrong). It's the undergrad degree which I don't have a certificate by hand. Now when submitting PR application, Can I submit undergrad transcript in lieu of certificate for proof of education?

I have the same concern. Can you please let me know what has happened? Do I need the degree certificate or only the transcript is suffice for the process?
