Is this the right visa?!

I'm new at this forum so hi

Me and my husband want to immigrate to canada. We're from Germany and 25 and 30 years old. The problm is that we're not sure which visa we have to apply for.

We want to run our own business in Nova Scotia. We plan to buy a property and build some cottages that we rent to visitors. We're not sure if that counts as an cultural activity?! What do you think is the right visa for us? Or do you think we won't get any visa with that business?

No - this won't be classified as a cultural activity.

You may want to take a look at the start-up visa instead or perhaps the Nova Scotia provincial nominee program.
