With such good grades in B.Tech I am sure you can admit in any reputed university for masters. Why don't you go for that and visa success rate is also high for university students because it is not an easy task to reserve a seat in a uni. ,Moreover in Ontario you can directly apply for PR after the masters. question: why both the post-secondary and post-graduate program are giving the same certificate? meaning the lessons will be the same?
