Buddy it is clearly given in the link that its post secondary course so it may be a mismatch at the time you apply for visa whether you got credits in your course due to previous studies , however
Here you can find PG courses in centennial , follow the link.

http://www.ontariocolleges.ca/SearchResults/CENTENNIAL/_/N-1z141n6Z1z141wm?Ns1=Program_Title_SORT&Ns2=0

these all are pg courses in centennial and i think you want computer related course
then this is sure for you

http://www.ontariocolleges.ca/SearchResults/CENTENNIAL/COMPUTERS-TELECOMMUNICATIONS/_/N-1z141n6Z1z141wmZlfn7?Ns1=Program_Title_SORT&Ns2=0

you can also know in the above link whether seats are available in sept intake or not in your choosen course.

Best of luck

friend be aware of it ,If you are graduate in India then choose pg level course otherwise you know there is about 100 cases of study mismatch refusals on this forum.
Why don't you choose another course except that fast track one , if they are not giving you the admission in it.

Dude, As I have done B.Tech so I am looking for PG Diploma Courses and if it comes with fast Track and Co-op it would be nice icing over that, So

I have short-listed some of IT relates PG Courses , just want to ensure which one is most suited as per my profile

Profile : B.Tech with 74% ( Electronics ) and 2+ years of Work Experience in IT industry

1> http://www.centennialcollege.ca/Programs/ProgramOverview.aspx?Program=3424

2> http://www.centennialcollege.ca/Programs/ProgramOverview.aspx?Program=3428

3> http://www.centennialcollege.ca/Programs/ProgramOverview.aspx?Program=3435&selectedTab=Overview

4> http://www.centennialcollege.ca/Programs/ProgramOverview.aspx?Program=3439

Also, Do let me know How much Work Permit will I get if I directly get enrolment in the 3rd Semester. i.e. via Fast Track Program and complete the 2 year course in just 1 year. Is it 1 year or 3 year ??

i completed bachelors degree in information systems

With such good grades in B.Tech I am sure you can admit in any reputed university for masters. Why don't you go for that and visa success rate is also high for university students because it is not an easy task to reserve a seat in a uni. ,Moreover in Ontario you can directly apply for PR after the masters. So its better for you Don't waste time any money in PG diplomas.

However,
friend I am sorry i don't have much knowledge about the IT courses, But I think a fast track course is a better option for you as compared to a simple PG course, to select relevant course compare your past subjects with the future course subjects and you will get the answer

Best of luck.

A >> http://www.centennialcollege.ca/Programs/ProgramOverview.aspx?Program=3415
B >> http://www.centennialcollege.ca/Programs/ProgramOverview.aspx?Program=3435

question: why both the post-secondary and post-graduate program are giving the same certificate? meaning the lessons will be the same?

Well buddy 1st is not a Pg course clearly written but can't say of B ,as I don't know much of advance diplomas , as you said if lessons are same that means these both are of same level,Why don't you put a mail to centennial course admissions, they will answer it better then us.

Sorry If I am wrong :(
