Guys please can this be considered as misrepresentation?

Before we got married, my sponsor's father filled her citizenship application, but mistakenly he made her martial status as "Married" whiles she was not married at that time.
It was two years after, we got married.
Can it be considered as misrepresentation since her dad made a mistake in the citizenship application on her status?

Please I need advice on this... I have my AOR , And SA already and file is to transferred to LVO.

When he mistakenly filled Married under her marital status, which information of the spouse did he mistakenly fill?
