Hi all,

I need your help.

I have asked HR to draft a job reference letter and would like to know if this is in acceptable format or missing something:

To Whom It May Concern,

This letter pertains to Mr. XXXX employment with the XXXXXXX). Mr. XXXXXX has been employed with XXX since the 21st January 2015 on full-time basis, working a 40-hour week from 0800hrs till 1700hrs.

Mr. XXXX current main responsibilities are mainly related to the SharePoint Operations. Main tasks performed include the administration of the MS Windows Server, MS SQL and MS SharePoint. He is also responsible for the maintenance and support of the MS SharePoint and site creations for the new MS SharePoint. He is also responsible in installing /upgrading and carrying out preventive server and service health checks and to diagnose and solve any problems and faults which occur in the operation of the hardware and software. Mr. XXX has also been responsible for the development and testing of component and to provide component support beyond the first level. During his course of work, Mr. XXXX has been also responsible to schedule installation work, liaising with all concerned to ensure that installation priorities are met and disruption to the organization is minimized.

Does this fall under the NOC 2174 code?

should be fine. Your hours are there, job responsibilities are there, Split of roles are there.

One thing just to take care is, the job responsibility statements could cover the statements available for that NOC. This would be more easy when your documents are processed.

What do you mean? I didn't understand sorry.
if you refer to your NOC, you would see their definition or expected responsibilities. When you get the responsibilities letter from your office, make sure the terms or statements are available in that. This will help not to leave any confusions when your documents are verified.
