When were the SOWP and the study permit approved//issued
The family reunification rule applies to TRV holders who have immediately family members who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents. As a work permit holder, you can board a plane if you are able to prove your reasons for traveling are essential.

Hi, I am on spouse open work permit and was able to travel last 31 March. They did not require any documents from me except the IRCC and CBSA letter that time.
