Canadian immigration doesn’t reward misrepresentation. Your wife didn’t declare she was married and so your family is suffering the consequences. Your wife also appears to have misrepresented her family income to the government as well and who knows what else which is actual a crime.
The issue is by applying for sponsorship he has indicated his desire to live in Canada not visit.
i highly value the advice being given here. And im thankful for the the support. I will have a consultation with immigration lawyer in a few days and probably will go for trv.
You can certainly try again but I would prepare that there is a high chance of denial. Also a risk of being denied entry into Canada even if you get the TRV given ties to Canada.
if i get a trv on the reason yo meet my kids why would i be denied entry? What kind of law is this that separates a father from his kids.
It is you and your family that have separated by living in different countries. Stop trying to put the blame on someone else.
This whole situation is ENTIRELY the result of actions you and your spouse have taken. Your spouse's fault she did not declare you. Your collective fault you're no longer (apparently) in a relationship. Etc.
Not to mention the continual attempts to avoid the truth and omit critical information. Misrepresentation as far as the eye can see.
Get a lawyer, and stop bothering the kind-hearted people here who've been attempting to provide useful information.

The courts. You have a custody issue.
And you'll have to be clear with your lawyer about whether or not you actually are with your spouse or not.
You realise you started this thread claiming that your spouse was sponsoring you. Now you're clearly claiming something else.
Because what's the truth? Either she's committing immigration fraud (possibly not the first time) by sponsoring you despite the relationship breakdown, or you're lying in hopes of finding some way to get to Canada (presumably to make some argument about separation from your children and staying), also a form of misrepresentation and immigration fraud.
And that's just for starters, there's clearly more going on (like benefit fraud).
Go to a lawyer and stick to the truth, stop spinning your tales here. It'll cost you $$$, and more if you waste their time with transparent fantasy nonsense as you have here. In my experience, lawyers have somewhat more patience for bullshit, as long as they can charge their full hourly rate.
u lack basic manners. I dont have to clarify things to u neither are u the only person here in this forum. Yea i was sponsored for immigration a few months earlier and found about spouse ineligibility to sponsor. Therefore after failed attempt to reconcile i asked for opinions. You better watch ur words and talk like a learned and educated person rather than using the abusive words. There are a lot of respectable members here who have really come up with better ideas. Stop being judgemental
If you don't get a Canadian TRV, just take my advice to get a US visa and go to the park to see your children. It's probably cheaper and less time consuming.
