Dear all thank you for ur support. How about temporary resident permit?
TRP does not apply to your situation. This is for individuals who are otherwise inadmissible to Canada, typically due to a crime. You are not inadmissible to Canada unless there's something you haven't told us yet.

nothing criminal. As described earlier my wife didnt declare me in her PR applications so that makes me inadmissible as she cant sponsor me, moreover my trv was rejected twice because of ties in canada and not strong ties in my home country. Doesnt that make me qualify for TRP?

None of this makes you inadmissible. I don't see how you qualify for a TRP.

Not qualifying for sponsorship and being refused a TRV doesn’t make someone inadmissible it means you are ineligible for sponsorship and you were refused a TRV just like many other visitors who don’t have proof they are a genuine visitors.

so canadian law doesnt support a father from meeting his canadian citizen children in any way? If my wife is ineligible to sponsor, if i am not being given trv, what option is left. ? Any advice

Sorry, even for me it looks like you are using your children as an excuse to get into Canada, let alone how it looks for a visa officer.
its ur perception, had this been something worthy i would have applied for immigration eight years ago since been married for nine years. This is only related with father and kids reunion . This the reason i asked for all types of options, be it investment visa student visa or anything. This mean i am living a good life here financially but emotionally im detached from my kids. Hope u understand now and come up with a positive solution in helping a father meet his children.

what if children are underage and wife doesnt let them travel? Out of canada? If there are differences between spouses?
You need your wife's written permission in order for the children to be allowed to travel outside of Canada without her. If she will not provide her permission, then they cannot travel outside of Canada.

You are eligible for a TRV. The TRVs you have applied for have been refused. This does not mean you are ineligible for a TRV.

You are free to ignore the advice you are being given here and apply for a TRP. As already said, there's nothing in your profile that indicates you qualify for a TRP. Also keep in mind that processing times are 2+ years which is a long time to wait just to be refused again. Your choice at this point. It doesn't seem like you want to listen to the advice you are being given here.
