Is there any voice or video record during the interview?

I still can not believe that the office will lie on the note.
I know most of you cannot believe. But the thing is actually happening right now.

Good.

Do you feel comfortable pasting the notes where it says this, from the GCMS? While removing personal information, of course.
I am doing the comment on the GCMS note to mark what question she asked and what kind questions she didn't. And what was my spouse answer. Both of us has a good memory. We remembered.

Yes, but what I asked is whether or not you feel comfortable sharing them here. Like posting them on this thread, so that I can read them.

Sure. I will do it after my work.
I can share with all of you about what kind evidence we give. And the note she wrote was conflicted to the evidence there.

So are you saying that:

For example, the officer wrote that she asked my spouse that whether he know my previous job, earning, address in Canada. My spouse answered "Sorry, I only have little info about it." My spouse said she never aked questions about my background. << This was written down in the post interview notes but according to your spouse never actually happened? Just to clarify what you mean.
Yeah thats what he meant .

She never asked these to my spouse.
These question and answer is an example that how she wrote something never happened in the interview to the note.
That's the reason I want to see whether we have chance to get a video or voice record to proof the office is a liar.
If there is a video or voice recording was happening , Why the officer have to lie and risk his/her job for a very random application !! sounds so strange !

I've seen a few instances similar to yours in the spousal appeal thread, where the notes conflicted with what happened, or the notes were made some time after the interview and the officer appeared to either make them up or their memory of the interview was inconsistent. Maybe you could look there someone might be able to share their experience with you?

She must think that we won't go for appeal.
If we don't go appeal, no one will review her notes.

Visa officers are fully aware that a refusal will absolutely end up with a review of notes - even if only by the IAD - and visa officers also know that a lot of other people request notes.

These questions are basic questions that are asked in any relationship interview. If a visa officer did not ask them, it would be more surprising. So I hope that the visa officer is misremembering and that everything works out for you.

It's also worth nothing that most people do not get a relationship interview. They typically only do that when they doubt the relationship already.

I think she though we are fake relationship and after refusal we won't do anything. But we will fight for our bonafide relationship.
