automated AOR as a "positive eligibility assessment" (for CEC) --- This was for CEC applicants under old system not for Express Entry CEC. "Operational Bulletin 485-A – September 19, 2013" which dictates this was expired long before. This is clearly mentioned in the website "This document has expired. Please refer to the appropriate Program Delivery Instructions for current information." find the link here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2013/ob485A.aspfat_penguin said:No not yet.
As of today, CIC is going through WP applications received on January 31st. ( http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp.asp )
The first EE draw was on January 31st, so the first round of automated AOR's must have arrived shortly after (early Feb). I am guessing we will see the first results quite soon.
I personally would like to see if CIC will solely accept the automated AOR as a "positive eligibility assessment" (for CEC) to form a basis for BOWP eligibility requirement.

We cannot rely on AORs any more for EE. Lets see how they will decide on BOWP under EE.
hey krishna congratulation for your ppr . just asking did you receive your BOWP.i know its not necessery 4 u now .krishna19 said:Rasber ,
Thanks for the information .... Well based on EE AOR I applied BOWP on March 9th 2015 and till now nothing has been changed from then I don't know what's going to happen as I don't have any other option and I went and applied BOWP based on CIC call center agent call.
I always have a question regarding BOWP well if we are not eligible based on EE AOR then automated system should reject / should not accept the application ... Recently in the forum I saw one person got bowp based on EE AOR ...
I AGREE at this stage no one knows exactly what's happening but I personally feel applying wouldn't be any mistake rather than repenting later .. I know it's a big money 255 CAD but in front of job or career I feel it's less. So why can't we take a chance in applying .
What you say ?
Cic processing timelines showing jan 31 for bowp and this date never changed from March 9th ... I saw these dates are never changed ...
On What Basis did you apply BOWP on Feb, before you received your ITA?esantos said:I received BOWP based on automated AOR (timeline below in the signature)
Last December I submitted a PR application under the old process. My work permit was expiring on March 13 so my lawyer recommended me to submit a paper application for BOWP. She said that there would be enough time for CIC to process my PR application (under the old process) and give em an AOR before they processed my BOWP application, so I did. My paper BOWP application was received by Vegreville on February 9, a week later I received my PR application back, declined due to cap being reached....vinodram said:On What Basis did you apply BOWP on Feb, before you received your ITA?
I know... To be honest, I was certain that my BOWP was going to be rejected, so I also applied for a visitor permit on February 20 (got the visitor permit end of March).ChandruBaktha said:You are so lucky.....
