Hi,
I am currenlty living in UK with my wife. I (Canadian citizen) am planning to move back to Quebec and sponsor my wife as soon as I land in Quebec. So it would be an outland application with me living in Quebec and my wife in UK.
Obviously, I won't have any income for the first 1-3 months as I will have just moved back to Quebec. Would this be an issue with regards to the financial capability to sponsor my wife?
We will be living with my parents and we have a good amount of money saved 150kCAD and we both have a university degree.
Is there a minimum income I need to have to sponsor my spouse to move to Quebec?
Or am I better to apply from the UK and just demonstrate that we seriously plan to move to Quebec?
Also, if we both live in UK and apply from the UK, do we need to go through IRCC only or also the Quebec application (if we intend to move to Qc obvs) or going through the Quebec application applies only if I am living in Qc when I apply?
