Yep, I am pretty positive that this is NOC 6221. Just make sure the employer apply for that NOC - Technical Sales Representative.

NOC 6221 is Technical Sales Specialist - wholesale trade:
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=6221

NOC 6221 is a skill level B job and therefore is therefore theoretically eligible under the Canadian Experience Class:
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/html/matrix.html

Technical sales specialists perform some or all of the following duties:

- Promote sales to existing clients
- Identify and solicit potential clients
- Assess clients' needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services
- Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients' needs
-Develop reports and proposals as part of sales presentation to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
- Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
- Prepare and administer sales contracts
- Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment
- May train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
- May conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
- May supervise the activities of other technical staff and sales specialists.

In my opinion, your job description fits this NOC well. Others will of course add their opinion, but if you feel it necessary, you can send the job description to the following email address to get confirmation noc-cnp@workingincanada.gc.ca

NOC 6221 is identified specifically as wholesale, so it depends on who the "clients" are - are they other businesses/organizations? Or are they individuals (retail?).

that's what i saw on their website. Efan Solar Ltd. is a solar photovoltaic system design and installation company in Ontario, offering the latest technology, state of the art equipment, microFIT/FIT and financing opportunities for all commercial and residential customers.

the clients mostly are residents

That makes it "retail," not wholesale, and a different NOC. If you worked more with commercial sales, it might work.

But direct to general public - Probably NOC 6421 - Doesn't qualify as "skilled" for CIC...
