I just tried filling the signature box, and we actually are able to write in the signature box, so all can be filled with N/A. I only checked "no" and did not put N/A under those boxes — I forgot! Ugh :'( Was focusing on all of the other parts of the forms and overlooked this area.jcyj said:

Thanks, I think I'll put no in question 10 and not touch anything in section 11. I became eligible to apply yesterday, so today, I printed the online calculator, it's 1 096 days, so just one day more than required 1 095 days. How many days you have for your application?MiriamT said:

Your client ID is unique. I put mine, which shows on the PR Card. If you look at other documents (for me there's a visa extension), even before PR, we already had a client ID, which remained the same when we applied for and became PRs.jcyj said:
