Is PG Diploma in Canada good after a masters degree from India?

HI,
I've done my Btech in 2016 in cse and will complete my Mtech (Total Quality Management) in 2018, June. I want to go to canada and the only option i have after mtech is either a pg diploma or a masters degree. My IELTS score is 7.0 (L-8, R- 7.5, W-6, S-6), it'll expire in august, 2018. Please tell me if going for a pg diploma in IT is a wise decision after the mtech?
What are the job aspects?
Or should i wait and acquire 2years job experience and apply for a PR?

Not a wise decision. You should go for an MEngg here. Doing PG Diploma after 6 years of studies in India doesnt make sense.

Go for Masters degree, don't think of diploma as you might likely get rejection on student visa considering you already have Mtech completed and why downgrading your education now.
Also after degree you have more chances of job as compared to diploma.
2 years of job experience and then applying directly for PR is also a good idea. And if you decide later to study after your PR you will be paying less tution fees compared to International student.
