2133 is not that hot, the demand for this NOC is not that high.
I urge you to submit your application asap.

As per present analysis, 50% already filled for NOC 2133. I am also planning to apply by this month under this NOC 2133. So don't worry, you can apply in next month but do first as early possible.

It's a guess based on the fact that CIC is still working on applications from around May 12th and the CIC web site shows 55 applications accepted for this NOC.
