Is Mississauga office only for applications from Mississauga?

I have the same problem .. I have 8 (Day trips to the US during 3 years time) in addition to 3 (Short Trips - A week each). I traveled to Europe and back my home country 3 times as well.

I am just worried of getting RQ because of this. I have full time employment proved. I just used to go to Buffalo alot for shopping.

What do you think I should do to prevent getting RQ? My Employment is proved and I pay Taxes.

Most of my US Trips were using my Car (Driving).

Why did they ask you for CBSA consent? Isn't this part of the application anyways?

I got RQ because I have lot of US trips for fun and business. I was back-2-back employed - full time and in addition I did some Management Consulting in-between. Many of US trips do not have clear CBSA records. During test/interview Citizenship Official was ok and did not raise any concerns. But after 2 Months of test they sent me a letter asking CBSA record consent. Which was a red flag to me.

So I started preparing for RQ - Employment Records, Tax Records (NOAs, T4, T5, Incorporation docs and Contracts), Lease Records, Health Records, Auto Insurance, Family ties etc. So the day I got it it, I printed/photo copied the docs and sent it out.

Came out to be 500+ pages and Canada Post Mailing weighed around 1.9 KG. Hoping for Oath soon ...

Nothing much you can do, if you get RQ then it is what it is , best you can do is - prep-up in advance.

Did you send any T4's NOA? Rental or Mortgage documents?

I am thinking to send a proof of employment + Proof of Rental and Mortgage with the initial application. Do you think this will help in preventing RQ?

That will be a good idea to send additional information with the application...Just to avoid hassle at the time of interview/assesement
Also include your OHIP, CBSA & US Border Control report
