Is medical mandatory upfront?

Please forgive my ignorance, I tried to find an answer but could not. I have been invited to apply under FSWP in Express entry and I see a button for Medical examination in the application. I don't have a lot of time now to do that and am wondering whether I can skip that part and apply with other documents? I am sorry if this has been asked way many times before.

It must be done upfront yes! Contact your designated doctor.

Must be done unless you have a very good reason why you couldn't do it like being pregnant and unable to have an x-ray done. You had 90 days to do it, time enough.

You only have to attach the eMedical sheet given to you after completing your medicals.
