is medical exam for the whole family? or just for the spouse?

I am confused with application.

is medical exam for the whole family of my spouse? or just for the spouse only?

and one more question please:

in Appendix C, a question about the Visa office that will be processing the application.

my spouse in saudi arabia . will the application will be processed there or in Abu Dhabi or London office.

here is a quote from the embassy web site:


Please note that all immigration/permanent residence applications from within Saudi Arabia are processed by the Canadian High Commission in London, UK, and not by the Riyadh visa office.

It will be processed in London and the only one you need medicals for are your spouse and any dependant children being sponsored(if there are any)

Additional family information (IMM 5406), does my spouse has to sign in all sections .
does she has to include my name in section A?.
what does it mean to complete all names in english and native language (english and arabic in my case?).
are my spouse family members required to provide 8 photos as well ?

only need the photographs if they are accompanying your wife. As for the names, its just write their names in arabic and underneath the names in english.

Yes she does include you if you are her spouse.And her brothers and sisters and her parents but photos only for her.And yes she needs to sign them
