Is mandatory to proof all my studies in Canada?

Hi I have two collegue diplomas of One year (different programs) in a Canadian Collegue. So having 1 or 2 diplomas of less than 3 years will give me only 15 points for EE. Should be mandatory to proof both diplomas transcripts and degrees obtained? or can I submit only one and just include the other one in Personal History?

It is better if you mention the diploma's details under education section.

Just the degree is enough

You have to upload the official transcript as well. Many applications got rejected because of this.
