They are basic, front-line support. You are exactly right, they are trained only to handle the basic questions (where can I get an application? what does "conditional" mean? etc). To be fair, most organizations work this way (I work for a company where support is set up this way too). I found the call centre somewhat limited in knowledge but always polite.ACS said:I think they are only trained on basic questions, and when you ask them anything out of the ordinary, they don't know what to say. And even basic questions, I believe they are mainly trained on how to deflect the questions...lol
