Is it possible to withdraw my ICT approved application? or apply new Visitor visa with my spouse new ICT application?

Hi,
I have my ICT visa approved however I have not traveled to Canada and hence dont have work permit. Is it possible to withdraw my approved application? or it's fine to apply a new visitor visa application even though my ICT application is approved. I even received visa stamp on my passport. I am from India. If my visitor visa gets approved do I get new visa stamp on my passport again?

Not sure what you are asking since you have been asking the question for several months. You can’t cancel an approved application. Need some context. Assume you aren’t working for employer anymore. Apply for a TRV.

If you’ve already received your POE letter of introduction
You’re no longer eligible to get a refund or withdraw your application.

As I said my application is only approved. I have not traveled to to Canada hence no POE letter of introduction and no work permit. I have valid ICT W1 visa for 1 year more. But my current organization is not sending me to Canada to work.
Now my spouse organization applied her ICT visa application and applied Visitor visa for me. I just want to know that if my 1st ICT application is already approved, then is it fine to file another application under my spouse ICT? My spouse currently has approved open work permit application under my ICT approved application. We both haven't traveled to Canada so far.

Finally It come to an Happy Ending!!
My Spouse, me and my daughter received new visa on our passport with new validity.
Spouse - He received Visitor Visa now
Daughter - Old Study visa got canceled and new study visa received
Me - New ICT W1 visa stamp received

For my spouse and me Old visa stamps are still on our passports and valid.
