is it possible to exit from foreign countries going to canada?

I am a direct hire tfw and i already got my visa. Is it possible to exit in hongkong instead in the philippines because their a lot of requirements in obtaining oec? Please

Hi, Is this still possible i would like to know if you can still exit from other countries at this time of year were Du30 is our President. . Im trying to avoid the poea here in the ph because im a direct hire.A lot of talks about direct hired eployee cant get there oec due to that issue.

Anyone please it would really be a big help to some of the problems going to Canada

Hello po. May visa na din po ako and other documents. Nakuha ko visa ko when I was in europe. Kaso umuwi ako last april for vacation. Di ko alam na may bagong rules na pala pra sa mga direct hire. Kaya di din ako makakuha ng OEC. Possible po ba na magexit sa HK?

Hello po, im a newbie here. I think hindi na po possible mag exit anywhere sa philippines basta may valid working visa na sa passport. Di ako inallow kgabi sabi ko mag tutourist lng ako sa hk. Kaso may memo na daw na nirelease ng phil consulate ng canada na bawal na daw lumabas ng country ang my valid working visa basta wla pa ang polo, oec and pdos

Hello po! Wow good new yan kng pinalusot ka nila, dito lang naman yan sa pinas hinahanap ung oec, polo and pdos eh, pagdating mo sa Canada hindi na yun hinahanap. Sabi ng agency ko ung contract and lmia lng yung ipapakita doon..congrats po sa inyo, tuloy na tuloy na po kayo sa Canada

Hello guys, sorry it took me a while to reply.. Well.., since i'm a direct hire i have to under go an agency, they are the one processing my papers to get exit clearance. I paid high amount... ( It sucks.. Imagine just for an exit clearance the poor applicant have to pay more than the amount he/she must pay for applying canadian visa..!

Hi, i got my visa recently. I don't know what to do, kung dadaan b ko ng agency so that everything is legal although time consuming and and additional amount to be paid by the employer, pwede pong malaman sang agency ka nag pa assist? Thank you very much in advance.

What happen po? Hndi ka po ba natuloy? Are u planning to look for an agency? I'm so confuse sa bagong rules nila, direct hire din po ako, was thinking if I'm going to look for an agency to process ung pdos etc or to go to nearby country and exit from there.

Kung yaw mo na mag deal sa mga PDOS Etc., I suggest kung nasan ka ngayon na bansa, duon ka nalang mag exit. Then pag andito ka na sa Canada, mag inquire ka sa Phil. Embassy, may mga representative ang POEA dun kung ano ang need mo i settle na reqts. like PAG-IBIG, ska mga OFW Benefits and Registration. Pra maging Documented OFW ka. And kung plan mo magbakasyon ng Pinas, dito ka na rin sa Canada cumuha ng OEC. Suggestion ko lang naman ito.

Just sharing. Sa UK ako nag apply and nakakuha ng Visa for Live-IN Caregiver Program, that was 2012. Umuwi ako Pinas, then dun ko lang nalaman na kailangan ko sumaglit sa POEA for PDOS. And dami ko pang inasikaso nuon, kasi need ng ammendment sa Contract ko, kaya ang employer ko nag apply pa ng POLO, it took my employer a couple of months pra makuha run, then balik na naman aka sa POEA sung na approve na POLO, then sa tinagal tagal, nakapag PDOS na ako. So after 8 months, nakaalis rin ako. If I know this everything on hand, uuwi pa ba ako Pinas nun? i guess Not. Anyway, after a year nagbakasyon ako, sa Embassy run ako kumuha ng OEC. Nagbayad lang ako ng mga contributions and Membership, nakakuha na ako OEC same day.

This was 6 years ago. So it looks like mas mahigpit sila ngayon,

Sad to say hindi ako natuloy kasi ang sabi sakin ng taga Immigration may memo na daw sila na if my working visa kna bawal na daw umalis ng bansa. Meron akong agency sa canada and dito sa pinas. Kaso nga sa tagal ng polo, nagbakasakali ako na baka pwd ako mag exit sa ibang country kaya lang yun ang nangyari..
