I already have my working visa to canada and planning to cross country to hk or sg due to problem in PoLo . is it possible? anu po needed requirments na ipakita sa immigration and also anu po ba ask ng phil immgration? vice virsa pag enter sa hk or sg anu po ask ng. immgration officer?

regarding po duon sa tanong nyo po.May mga nabasa lang din po aku sa ibang forums na para hindi sila mkakuha na nang polo nag hk din sila.may mga nkaalis dw thru ganun na paraan,pero they pressented tickets papuntang hk at pabalik nang pilipinas,pinakita din dw nila hotel reservation nila kasi they claimed nga sa immigration na mag babakasyon lang sila sa hk.ganun dw po.pero swerte2 lang dw dn ung ganun na paraan,once ma noticed nang immigration officer na your passport has the visa stamp already they might hold you and look for your OEC.

I am in the same boat.I dont want to comply regarding the time,effort and money consuming POLO OEC and PDOS.I have still valid working visa here in Dubai.I am planning to get my wife and kids who has a OWP stamp,TRV and Student visa from Canada.Is it possible to exit from dubai to Canada?Has anyone here have the same experience? Do you think Dubai will allow us to exit?

Does anyone know about the age requirement to obtain OEC? My niece is only 22 and she was refused from agencies due to age requirement of 23 and above.
Please advice if there was anyone whose gone thru this trouble and still made it through. And how you did it

Hi, my cousin applied in the philippines, got her visa there and flew back to dubai cause she still has a valid working visa there which is the same as your case.

I didn’t do the cross country option cause I felt like it might create more problem. Processing the Polo and Pdos etc took me almost 2 months . I think it depends on the agency who will process your papers and at the same time the employer because they will need docs from the employer too.

Hi, Proper Docs po. i presented coe, proof na currently employed ako, valid identification e.g company id.. Im just lucky na supported ako ng previous company ko. and also, hotel sa Singapore tingnan nila yun booking ko plus po sa coe nkalagay yun designation and salary ko with sign ng HR and VP . need po na ticket niyo is round trip.
