Is it possible to apply for a tourist visa (mainly for transit) while I await a decision on my Express Entry Permanent Residency application in another country?

I guess its possible to apply. No guarantee you'll be approved though.

Yes you can apply, but nothing is guaranteed.

Having your PR in the process does not mean you have to issue any visa to you. But maybe you'll have more chances.

Independent applications cristian240, tourist visa has different requirements to submit, you do your process, fulfill those requirements and certainly they will analyze independently.

I have tourist visa, I have worker´s visa and I have applied for permanent visa, all 3 independent processes
