Is it possible landing without COPR - landing paper?

It has been more than one month I sent a copy of my passport to CIC and have not got COPR yet.
I need to go back to my country soon and if I will not be able to get it until I leave I need to come back without COPR.
If anyone has an experience landing without COPR could you share it with?

No you can’t. That is your Confirmation of Permanent Residence, and what makes you a PR. Why not send them a nudge via webmail?

Are you visa-exempt for Canada? If so, you can return as a visitor but you can't "land" as a PR until you physically receive the COPR document. If it was issued by IRCC and lost, then other possibilities may exist.

Yes. I am from a country visa-exempt for Canada. So I sent a copy of my passport to CIC.
