i already ask about that and a lot of you guys gave me advice , i m thankfull .


well i just need some thought ( tryin to find a way to feel better )


applyin through buffalo ( actuallay livin in QUEBEC and waitin for )
no documents missed , all fees payed , sponsorship approved and CSQ received november 2009 , AOR received from buffalo showin up my files Number , sayin that they start processing my application since november and medical result received by them .
i emailed them 2 months ago they told me that they are waitin from other guvermont office about my background

let s say that they start processing december so it s my 8th month processing in buffalo

is it normal or there is something wrong ( tired of waitin as everybuddy in this forum )
please some help and thank you

Normal processing times for Buffalo are currently 4-10 months.
Since you are within those normal processing times, everything should be alright.

If it goes over 10 months then you need consider contacting your MP or someone that has authority to help your case move along or at least find out more information for you.

it doesn't hurt to email them again and see what they say! is there anything weird in your background that you can think of? have you lived elsewhere than Canada and the US?

you could also order your CAIPS notes to see what might be taking so long.

to PLUMOSA yes i v been livin before in TUNISIA then i came canada. and i send them paper that i have no criminal record or something.. ( paper from my original contry ) and i even here in canada i made my fingerprint and the other documents from the GRC that show up i m clean .
