IELTS still cost $200, which is quite a big amount, considering I have spent so much money already on bad moves in pursuit of immigration. I wonder if there is any other way to prove language proficiency, like using the assessment results given by an immigration officer from a previous application. Because in my previous application, the officer mentions there that I have intermediate French ability, and can speak English fluently.abelkwh said:U would have to submit the ILETS together with the application after the 1st round, which is after u have received the AOR.
