Is GIC mandatory for the Jan Intake???

Hello Guyz, Am Praveen from India.
I've applied for Seneca, Humber and Mohawk for the Jan 2014 intake....
All I wanted to know is that whether GIC is mandatory or not??
Can the Bank Loan Sanction letter is enough to get a VISA??
I want to pay the semester fee and use the bank loan for the expenses..
I've heard a rumor that, GIC is mandatory even though u have a bank Loan..I Believe its a false statement..
Please Guyz, Update me with the latest Info..

Hi guys, i Had received my offer letter from the college of the rockies on 23rd april, applied for GIC , got approval on 30th april, transferred the funds on 5th may, but now i forgot my GIC password. i even gave my security question answer wrong. now the hing is i even wrote to the studentgic @ scotiabank.com , and this is the reply which i got.

Damn iam so stuck, i cant call on the toll free number neither can i mail them anything, what more can i do in order to get some useful response, which will help me to access the needful.
