Do you qualify for cap-exempt quota?
If Yes , then no need for French tests if you have sufficient points. FYI , I applied without French and English scores.
If No , then you will need to wait until next year to find out if MIDI decides to make Language tests mandatory for QSW applicants next year under new system. Quota for this year is already exhausted.

I am in a similar position (cap exempt but no french tests) and am worried about how long it will take for my application to be processed.
I have only 6 months until my current work visa expires.

I'm in a similar position my french test is below B2 , I applied in November 2013 my points are above 63 , I had my AOR and still waiting ,

Can anyone clarify what is the CAP exempt quota ?

Will my application be rejected because of the French ??

Right. I believe I was in 57-60 range.

Applied in Jan 2016 and received document checklist in July 2016.
