Is flagpoling at Point Roberts (BC) still possible?

wondering if flagpoling at this area is still available.
If it is, could any of you tell me the available hours and days for flagpoling?

heard it is 8 to midnight but not sure if this applies to all the customs offices located at the border.

I flagpoled there on a Sunday morning in December 2018 to get my Post Graduate Work Permit.
I guess it should still work, though I am not sure if they have fixed hours when they process applications.
