It's been 7 months since I got AOR. I got an email couple of weeks back, stating that they are still reviewing it and I don't need to do anything at this point of time. I am just curious to know if they are offering PRs at all to non-canadian experienced candidate. Did anyone get the PR in last couple of months? I submitted my application in Nov'2019.

Be patient. I see you are an Outland candidate and most IRCC offices are not issuing COPRs to people outside Canada. You can try raising a web form to see if you have passed eligibility, criminality, and security. If you have passed all these, expect to get a PPR once the travel restrictions are lifted.
Hi. I got my provincial nomination approved and my health assessment and criminality all approved except the biometric. Biometric centre is closed due to pandemic. What do I do now?
